Refund policy
At Life Nest, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Used or opened products.
- Orders where the customer provides an incorrect shipping address.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
